3. Client Portal
Access to our client portal requires registration. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Updating your information as necessary
4. Fees and Payment
Our fees are quoted at the time of engagement and are subject to change. Payment terms are as follows:
- Professional fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed
- Government fees (CAC, trademark registry, etc.) are payable as invoiced
- Disbursements are billed separately and payable upon invoice
- Late payments may attract interest charges

- Force majeure events release us from our obligations during their duration

- All outstanding fees become immediately payable
- We will return your documents upon payment of all dues
- Confidentiality obligations continue

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation between the parties
- Mediation if negotiation fails
- Arbitration under Nigerian law if mediation fails
The laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria shall govern these terms.
